
Ingredients:

¾ cup vegetable oil/melted butter

1 ½ cups sugar
-
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
-
3 eggs
-
¾ cup flour
-
1/3 cup cocoa
-
¼ tsp baking powder
-
¼ tsp salt
-
¼ cup milk chocolate chips
-
½ cup white chocolate chips
Method:

Preheat the oven to 175°c
-
Mix together oil/butter, sugar and vanilla extract
-
Add the eggs and mix until well combined
-
Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt
-
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture until well combined
-
Add ¼ cup of each type of choc chips
-
Pour batter into a greased pan
-
Sprinkle the last ¼ cup of white choc chips on top of the brownie batter
-
Bake for 25 minutes, then cut up and enjoy!
