Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup vegetable oil/melted butter

  • 1 ½ cups sugar

  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 3 eggs

  • ¾ cup flour

  • 1/3 cup cocoa

  • ¼ tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ cup milk chocolate chips

  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

 

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°c

  2. Mix together oil/butter, sugar and vanilla extract

  3. Add the eggs and mix until well combined

  4. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt

  5. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture until well combined

  6. Add ¼ cup of each type of choc chips

  7. Pour batter into a greased pan

  8. Sprinkle the last ¼ cup of white choc chips on top of the brownie batter

  9. Bake for 25 minutes, then cut up and enjoy!
