Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Self raising flour

  • 1 cup cream

  • 1 cup lemonade


Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 220°c

  2. Mix together the three ingredients to form a wet dough

  3. Put into cupcake tins

  4. Cook for 10 -15 minutes

  5. Enjoy with jam and cream!
