Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Arborio rice

  • Broth

  • Bolognese sauce

  • Olive oil

  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Method:

  1. Cover the base of your pan with oil

  2. Measure out rice and then stir in a few scoops of bolognese sauce with the rice in a pot on medium heat

  3. Using a ladle add some broth to the rice which is heated in another pot

  4. Continuously stir the rice

  5. When the rice begins to stick to the base of the pot it is time to add more broth

  6. After around 20-30 minutes taste the risotto, it should be soft and creamy but not mushy

  7. Once it is at the perfect consistency you can stir in some parmesan cheese and add any more bolognese sauce

  8. Then serve and enjoy!

Serves: however many you want!
