
Ingredients:

1/2 cup Arborio rice

Broth
-
Bolognese sauce
-
Olive oil
-
Parmesan cheese (optional)

Method:

Cover the base of your pan with oil
-
Measure out rice and then stir in a few scoops of bolognese sauce with the rice in a pot on medium heat
-
Using a ladle add some broth to the rice which is heated in another pot
-
Continuously stir the rice
-
When the rice begins to stick to the base of the pot it is time to add more broth
-
After around 20-30 minutes taste the risotto, it should be soft and creamy but not mushy
-
Once it is at the perfect consistency you can stir in some parmesan cheese and add any more bolognese sauce
-
Then serve and enjoy!
Serves: however many you want!
