Ingredients:

  • 200g or 1 1/2 cups of natural Greek yoghurt

  • 250g or 2 cups of self raising flour

  • 100g baby spinach leaves

  • 100g crumbled feta cheesse

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 lemon

Method:

  1. Combine the yoghurt and self raising flour into a bowl

  2. Kneed on a floured surface for 2-3 minutes until smooth

  3. Cut the ball of dough into four portions

  4. Roll each ball of dough into a thin circle

  5. Place a quarter of the spinach and feta onto half the dough circle and fold it in half

  6. Press the edges together and push all of the air out of the centre

  7. Brush some oil onto each side and place in a hot frypan on medium heat and flip once golden

  8. Serve with the lemon and enjoy!
