½ tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

½ tbsp sesame oil
-
1 packet gyoza wrappers (~ 50 sheets)

1 tbsp oil

-
Place roughly 1.5 tsp of pork mix into the centre of a gyoza wrapper

Smear water along the edge of the circle

Fold in half and pleat the edges so it is completely enclosed (watch video to understand how to do this!)
-
Heat oil in a large fry-pan

Place dumplings into pan and cook over medium high heat until the bottoms are golden-brown

Add around ¼ cup of water to the pan and cover
