Ingredients:

  • 125g softened butter

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 2 mashed bananas

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tbsp boiled milk

  • 1 bi-carb soda

  • 1 1/3 self-raising flour

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°c

  2. Grease and line a tin

  3. Cream the butter and sugar together

  4. Then fold in the mashed bananas and eggs

  5. Add the bi-carb soda to the moiled milk, when it froths up add it to the banana mixture

  6. Fold in the self-raising flour until just combined, then pour it into a tin and cook for 1 hour.

  7. Enjoy!

Serves: 1 loaf

Prep time: 15 mins

Cook time: 1 hour
