Ingredients:

125g softened butter
-
1 cup brown sugar
-
2 mashed bananas
-
2 eggs
-
2 tbsp boiled milk
-
1 bi-carb soda
-
1 1/3 self-raising flour

Method:

Preheat the oven to 170°c
-
Grease and line a tin
-
Cream the butter and sugar together
-
Then fold in the mashed bananas and eggs
-
Add the bi-carb soda to the moiled milk, when it froths up add it to the banana mixture
-
Fold in the self-raising flour until just combined, then pour it into a tin and cook for 1 hour.
